At Ridgeline Roofing, quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction are at the heart of everything we do. While our team spends most of their time in the field, delivering top-tier roofing services, we understand the importance of continuous learning and staying ahead of industry trends.
That’s why Tim, the founder of Ridgeline Roofing, brings the crew together at our home office in Joplin for regular training sessions. These meetings focus on new industry developments, improved roofing techniques, and fostering a unified team culture. With over 20 years of roofing experience, Tim’s expertise is the foundation of our commitment to excellence.
As Ridgeline continues to grow, our office may be “busting at the seams,” but we see that as a sign of progress and opportunity. Tim’s dedication to mentoring and training ensures that each member of Team Ridgeline is equipped with the skills, knowledge, and mindset needed to deliver consistent, high-quality results for every customer.
This ongoing investment in our people is what sets Ridgeline Roofing apart. When you choose us, you're not just getting a roofer—you’re getting a team committed to excellence at every level.
